Friday Night Topic: “Irrelevant? No Impact? What you don’t know about how the Lost view your Church, and how it’s undermining everything you do!” - Most Christians have no idea what the lost actually think of them. They think the unsaved have no preconceived notions or biases against them, but they couldn’t be more wrong! The lost have strong negative opinions about Christians and Christian churches. These biases affect their opinion of Jesus and the Biblical God, their willingness to attend church services, and even their eternal destiny. In this session, Wes reviews the three most common negative perceptions of Christians in America (simpleminded, shallow, and hypocritical) and how you and your church can overcome them.

Saturday Morning Topic: "Is Your Bible a Myth? Is the Bible what it claims to be—the Word of God—or just an imaginative myth?” - Today the Bible is mocked from every corner of the culture. The average lost person can name five Bible difficulties without losing a breath. Noah’s Ark, miracles, copying mistakes, the creation account—the list is endless. Unless we can give our lost friends a reason to take the Bible seriously, we may never see them become disciples of Jesus. In this session, Wes looks at clear, easy-to-understand evidence from the Dead Sea Scrolls, archaeology, and science that shows the Bible is unquestionably what it claims to be—the Word of our Maker Himself!

Believing that God’s calling is not static but dynamic, his varied background has included being a business executive in the Midwest, a pastor in three states, and the founding President of one of the world’s largest missions organizations (the North American Mission Board where he served for 9 years) where he oversaw one of the top three disaster relief ministries in America through 9/11 and the horrible Gulf Coast hurricanes of 2004/2005.   In 1995-1997 he led the implementation of the restructuring of the Southern Baptist Convention, which has been referred to as arguably the largest denominational restructuring in modern history.  Reccord has spoken for college football and NFL chapels, FCA, business conferences, young leader summits and marriage conferences. He is an avid hunter, scuba diver, outdoorsman, and has paraglided off the Swiss Alps.  Today he serves as Executive Director of the Council for National Policy in Washington DC working with top leaders in the nation calling America back to its founding principles.  He also serves as President and Founder of Total Life Impact Ministries Bob speaking across the nation to men, Wild Game Dinners, helping Pregnancy Care Centers raise their funding and leading marriage conferences with his wife Cheryl.  Dr. Jay Strack, President of Student Leadership University, says “I’ve seen Bob in action off stage, in a crowd of 30, and in a crowd of 10,000.  If you want lasting results and powerful motivation, Dr. Bob Reccord is your man.”

Friday Night Topic: “No Time to be Silent” – With so much at stake as we battle for the very soul of our nation, this is no time for Christian men to stand aside and feel like they cannot make a difference.  We will take a look at some of our amazing historical moorings in the Scripture and a call to action for men of God.  We’ll take a look at some of the challenges our nation is facing.  And we’ll discover together, this is no time to be silent, but to stand up and be counted as courageous men who understand the principles on which to stand in making decisions.  Our nation depends on it!

Saturday Morning Topic: "A Call to Courageous Manhood” - In a day in which too many men find it easy to be passive, or to go along, God is looking for men who courageously step out and lead their family.  We’ll look together at what it means to be a courageous man and step to the front to lead. God is waiting to honor and bless you, in all that you do, and to allow you to be a man that can impact your world…right where you are!

Gary Bates is the President and CEO of Creation Ministries (www.creation.com), International based in the Atlanta, Georgia area. CMI is an equipping ministry, and Gary and his accredited team of speakers minister at hundreds of events all over America each year. Gary has been speaking on the creation/evolution issue since 1990. Once a convinced evolutionist, the Creation message had a dramatic impact on Gary's life. He is now a young-Earth creationist with a heart to communicate this life-changing information to the average ‘person in the street’. Gary is the author of his Amazon.com top 50 bestseller, Alien Intrusion: UFOs and the Evolution Connection. As a leading Christian authority in this area, Gary has travelled extensively around the world, speaking and conducting literally hundreds of interviews on radio, television and various media. He is married to Frances (an experienced event manager for CMI) and they have four children.

Friday Night Topic: “It's Creation ... Not Confusion” - Gary’s powerful and fast-paced presentation will help us understand why the creation/evolution debate is not a side-issue for the church. The much publicized problems of youth leaving our church are crystallized in this presentation. We see that the mandated public religion of today is humanism, which means man can make up his own rules about life, and that the driving force behind this ideology is evolution. Simply, if there is no God, no Creator then one is free to choose his own moral standards. You will be encouraged and energized to hear there is no need for compromise and that there are answers. Gary will show you how the evidence for Creation and the Bible’s account of history!

Saturday Morning Topic: "UFOs, Alien and the Evolution Connection” – Gary’s book, Alien Intrusion: UFOs and the Evolution Connection, is the only creation book to be an Amazon top 50 best-seller. He points out that life can only arise from one of two mechanisms: creation (as the Bible says) or evolution. Many believe in alien life due to evolutionism and themes popularized in science fiction. What about life on other planets? UFO sightings and experiences with alleged aliens? Are these real? Gary’s investigations have taken him all over the world to uncover a sinister agenda by spiritual forces that have deceived millions.
